What are generics? How different they are from brand-name drugs?
Generic medications differ from their brand-name counterparts only in price. They are equivalent in all the other aspects. They have got the same main ingredient but can have a different nave and they are much cheaper. It is very confusing to have different names for generics and brand-name drugs; why do they have to be under different names?
Generics have got the same main ingredient and the same formula as brand medications have. There can be slight difference in excipients (inactive drug ingredients); however, the name of a generic usually coincides with the main ingredient name and it is not the same name as a brand one. Again, the reason is that a brand name can only be used by a primary developer and manufacturer of a drug, the one that has got a patent for it so far. For the same reason generics differ slightly in form and color.

Do I need a prescription to make an order with you?

How different are 25mg, 50mg and 100mg Viagra pills?

Great! Our order process is fast and simple. First you choose the product from a catalogue and put it into the basket. Next you will see the form that you should fill in with the required information. Make sure you have every field correctly filled in and your shipping address is also correct. Also indicate the amount of the product you order; then confirm your order. Next you will see the order acceptance notification and an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with the confirmation of your order. You should get a confirmation e-mail within 10 minutes after the order was placed; in case you haven’t received any, contact out support at once.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, bank wire transfers and e-checks.
If I choose wire transfer, how do I proceed?
First you choose the drug you plan to purchase and then go to the Checkout page, where you will see wire payment box. Next fill in your order - it is that simple. Make sure you indicate all the data correctly. Then, you will get an order confirmation message with the wire address. It is essential that you complete the procedure in 48 hours after you placed the order; otherwise you it will be cancelled. As soon as we get your payment (which usually takes 3-5 days), your order will be shipped.
How do I pay with a credit card?

Where do you ship
?We ship internationally except from some Asian countries.
Where will my order be sent?
Our manufacturing is in India, so it will be sent from India.
How do you pack your orders?
We are very much concerned about privacy of our customers and thus we pack our orders in discreet packages will be brought to your mail box or left for you at the post office. Standard Mail delivery does not presuppose signing the parcel.
How do you ship?
We can offer two options at the moment. The first one is by courier service; this option presupposes tracking number and you can see where you package is on its way to you. The second is Standard International Airmail. This option does not presuppose tracking and it might take longer time.
How long do I wait for my order and what is the shipment fee?
We have different shipment rates with regards to shipment option. The price also differs with regards to your destination. Courier Service is faster and more expensive, Standard International Airmail is cheaper and slower.
Can I get my order the same day I paid for it?
All the medications we offer are in stock and are ready to be shipped. But we need to make sure that everything is right with your order, so, it takes a little time. As soon as everything is checked and clear, we ship your order to you and it will be with you in a matter of several days, depending on your location.
Can my order be delayed by customs?
Such situation might happen depending on the customs laws of your country. However, if this happens, you will be notified and required to provide the permit for the medication's examination. Such cases are very rare and provided that you appeared in a similar situation, feel free to contact us for help.
What do I do if the package is damaged or something is wrong with the order?
Contact our support team at once. You will either be offered a replacement of refund.
It is important to remember that orders exceeding 90 pills are sent in separate packages of 30 each (plus 4 bonus gift medications in each package). The second package is sent a week after the first one.

How can I see the progress of my order?
One of the options is to contact our support team and check your status with them. Just log in to your account and go to the Track Order page. You can also see the bonuses you are eligible to as well as discounts on your account page. In case of Courier Service delivery, you will also have the tracking number that will show you the progress of your package on its way to your door. What if I make mistake in my shipping address?
